The padding on this glove is fantastic. As someone who spends a long time hitting the bag this glove provides very good cushion, it is very kind on the my knuckles compare to other gloves I've used. I use this type mainly for hitting the boxing bags. I would keep purchasing this glove in the future when my current one needs to be replaced. For sparring however, I prefer a different kind of glove.
