How to use:
- Gently rub a liberal amount (approx. 1 tsp.) into the affected area 2-3 times a day or as often as required.

Arnica montana
Arnica herb extracts applied topically may assist in treating soft tissue injuries, sprains and muscular aches and pains.
Hypericum perforatum
Commonly known as St John’s Wort, the oily extracts are bright red in colour from the active components, hypericin and hyperforin. St John’s Wort may provide temporary relief of the pain of sciatica and whiplash.
Calendula officinalis
It plays an important role as a topical anti-inflammatory, helping the dispersion of swelling and providing temporary relief to soothe inflamed tissue.
Melaleuca Oil
Australian Tea Tree oil. Well known in Australian folklore. Provides microbial preservation.

Great Product
By: Douse on 4 June 2016I was using another product that worked quite well, but my Physio put me onto Fisiocrem, as it uses natural products, I also have a mate who's wife is a top of the line masseuse in Sydney & she swears by it. It is a great product & works really well, does not have the obtrusive smell of some of its rivals. And after some extensive searching on the internet, Coastal is the place to buy it.
